What is NuORDER?
NuORDER is an online portal that gives wholesale customers complete access to view and shop our entire collection.  Much like our retail website, buyers are able to view styles in all available colors and see pricing and product information all in one place.  NuORDER is geared toward wholesale buying and is very user friendly.  You can create draft orders to save for later, select start and delivery dates and see how products will look merchandised together before placing your order, among many other great features.  Once you've submitted an order, it will notify our sales reps at be present who will then approve the order, or contact you with any issues that arise, such as an out of stock item.

How do I login to NuORDER?
Current wholesale clients will have already received an invitation from NuORDER via email that contains login credentials.  If you have misplaced this email, you can use the 'forgot my password' link at the login page.

Prospective wholesale clients can use the 'request access' link at the bottom right hand side of the login page to notify us that you'd like to view the line, at which time we will review the request and contact you with login information.

Is NuORDER safe?
NuORDER is completely safe to use and has been tested extensively to ensure the user experience is the best it can possibly be.  It is used by thousands of brands and retailers worldwide.
 

 

Will I be charged when I submit my order online?
No.  Much like our old ordering process (excel ordering spreadsheet, phone or email ordering), you will not be charged until your order ships from our warehouse using the payment method we have on file for your studio, store or spa.  You will only be charged for items that ship.  Any backorders will be charged at the time they ship.
 

 

What if I have questions on how to use NuORDER?
Not only are we here to help, but NuORDER is, too.  Please contact your customer care rep or our wholesale department (wholesale@bepresent.com) for assistance.  You can also contact NuORDER's support team at heroes@nuorder.com or browse information and solutions by paying a visit the NuORDER help desk for buyers here.

 

How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Once we receive notification that you've submitted an order, we will review all of the details and make sure we have the products in stock.  We will contact you to let you know we've received your order and give you an estimate of ship date at that time. 

 

Can I stil place an order over the phone or by email?
While we highly encourage you to get comfortable using our online ordering tools, we can always take orders via phone, email or fax as we have in the past.
