Where is the color chart?
We no longer utilize the color chart or swatch page on our website.  Every product can be viewed in its available color options simply by clicking through the listed options in the drop down menu from the product page.

What if I want to exchange something?
When you receive your order, you will find a be present return/exchange form. This form will have the address of our return/exchange department and information on how to make a return or exchange. be present takes pride in our products and our business, and we want to do everything in our power to guarantee that you are satisfied. Unfortunately, unless the product is defective, we cannot accept returns 21 days after the item is received. Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, be present is more than happy to accept phone orders. Please call our toll free number, 877-747-7202, to talk to a be present team member.
 

 

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on type of shipping, location and weight. be present's preferred method of shipping is UPS. be present offers UPS ground, second day and overnight shipping. Within the continental United States, UPS ground shipping is 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, UPS does not offer Saturday of Sunday delivery, and UPS is unable to ship to P.O. boxes. USPS shipping is also available, and upon request Federal Express is available.  Within the continental United States, UPS ground shipping is 5-7 business days.

 

How long does it take to process and ship an order?
We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt; however, if an order requires communication or confirmation from a customer, order processing resumes after the communication is received (whether by e-mail or phone).

be present merchandise is manufactured entirely in the United States. Most of the manufacturing is done within a ten mile radius of the be present headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

It generally takes 4 business days from the receipt of a package to process a return or exchange.

 

How can I subscribe to a catalogue?
In an effort to conserve resources, at this time be present does not have a physical catalogue. All of our products are available online, and our website is frequently updated.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?
be present accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
